How do you send resources to other worlds?

I don't know how to send resources to other worlds. It said I could send resources or citizens.
I need to send resources because when I send people they become homeless and I cant build homes.

What a shame, I'm probably to late, tho you can fill a rocket. Just build one, then in the rocket menu ckick on the world you have explored like "rock world" and
there you can set what you want to send and launch the rocket.
