im gonna completely guess there's an animation with needles and maybe some ppl are scared of needles so dont wanna see it?

then again the rest of this game is horrifying so to single that out is weird

I haven't tested it but yes I believe that's what it is, there is a scene towards the end of the game with a needle that could be censored.

Yes, it removes one of the cutscenes in chapter 3. I'm not sure if there are any needle sprites scattered around levels that were also removed with this setting on.

SPOILERS: (By my experience) It shortens the only one scene in Chapter 3, where you're trying to solve puzzle with chairs and the cultist approaches you. Nothing serious, it's just for those who gets frightened from needles

The option said for Dyna so im guessing airdorf has a friend or relative who is really sensitive towards needles, so he made the option for them.
