How do I unlock?

I think I unlocked it by getting the good ending in Chapter 2. Play through Chapter 2 first and see if it unlocks.

I got the secret ending on my first playthrough of chapter 2 (because it's my favorite LOL) and the prologue popped, so I think you just have to finish the chapter in general.

As some people already said, you just have to beat chapter 2. Next time you start chapter 2 from the beginning, it should ask you whether you want to play the prologue or not.
