Chapter 3 Hints

Just beat the chapter with the regular ending and what a great finale to the trilogy, but I only found one of the three bosses to break the seal - The giant floating head under the school - But I have no idea what i missed for the other two. Thought I looked everywhere in the other locations already.

Any hints on where to start looking?
I assume the second one has something to do with the elevator friend from the note but going to the floors in the order shown at the bottom right didnt seem to work and when it said another seal had been broken i thought I had checked everywhere else. so im a little lost

for the clinic, and this is just a rumor I've heard, get back on the stretcher after the fight with the cop and roll around for a bit until "someone" shows up

for the apartment hit the 7th floor multiple times until the guardian flashes on screen, then walk around the apartment hitting him with your cross until he dies and you'll get a note, combine this with the other drawing and put the roman numerals in the bottom corner into the elevator.

lastly as you said for the elementary, you need to kill the giant head.

For the clinic:
go back to the basement after the encounter with the cop and get back on the stretcher. There is a message in the same room where you get back on the stretcher that you'll need to heed to be able continue.

Hmm I was wondering why I could get back on the stretcher... didn't make sense to me at the time, but I guess in another playthrough I'll do that.

The rumor's sort of true. You get back on the stretcher and scoot yourself against the locked door with the blood symbol over it until a little someone shows up and shoves you down.
