No replay value? You're probably right, many people won't bother replaying. Corridor shooting (and that's it)? Along with dashing, slashing, punching, sliding, ducking, and slamming with a handful of bosses and set peices. Bunch of glitches? Gross overstatement. Won't see cosmetics? You see cosmetics in cut scenes and third person view if you select it.
the game does have replay value
remember the days of older games were they lasted a few hours
like the old arcade games, we kept returning to them because they were fun
games like this and others may be short, but replaying them can still be fun
its all based on the person and if they enjoyed the action enough to replay
as honestly everyone needs a few specific games were if they gotta few mins they can hop into and game for a short time then off, and this game works well as that type of game.
in the old days there were arcade games replaying the same levels
in consoles days the beginning many games were short and level based
so you would find yourself replaying the games redoing the same levels
im big on retro games and ive replayed a chunk of some of them over time
not back to back but over the years, so im use to the short gameplays or replaying the same levels.
heck megamans are still kicking and they only take a short time to beat but we keep returning to them ~ an example
as well as many other retro games returning ~ short yet fun and re playable
my recommendation is to checkout the combat and see if its something anyone would like before buying as the repeatability is in the combat since once you finish
you repeat the same levels via newgame or level select, which is a good thing
as everything sticks with you upgrades and everything
The priority of the dev are the DLC not the game, cose this game is no much different than the pseudo tech demo that was made 1st.
The dev barely worked on the game, it cost 15$ for an above avearge game that take 3h to 100%. Most of the time needed to 100% it will be spend by reloading the exact same place to farm kill...
Even Doom 3 who is realy old is still way better than this.
