In multiplayer you can deactivate a special card such as reverse, But if a player has "fixed colored cards", there are still "reverse" cards with the texture but not doing a reverse.
Workaround: Do not use "fixed colored cards" in rules, but use playing card deck "classic" or "french" in options > display > cards, or "with colors".
Fixed colored cards will show the reverse card (even if deactivated, and not doing special event).
"WIth colors" maybe also show the reverse card in the middle (even if deactivated, and not doing special event).
For next updates, reducing the 32 or 52 cards set by deactivated mapped special cards - or not displaying deactivated special actions should be an improvement ;-)
It's designed to enable flexibility for playing all Crazy 8's, Mau-Mau and other in the same multiplayer game. In very specific settings, some cards may be missing as a result.

A specific card can be deactivated by rules selection box setting "Off" (far right).
Make sure to set one or more 52 (full) card decks, when using 2-8. In german "Mau-Mau"
