Burner Card Placement During Halloween Event

I've noticed during the Halloween Event, after a shuffle the burner card is being placed at the ~100-110 cards remaining mark in the shoe. Normally, it has been placed at the ~80 cards remaining mark. By doing this the programmers are actively restricting the number of times an Ace of Spades can be delivered during a given shoe. If 232 cards are dealt out of a six deck shoe, the Ace of Spades should appear in play on average ~4.46 times per shoe. If 302 cards are dealt, the Ace of Spades should appear in play on average ~3.88 times per shoe. This doesn't affect basic strategy play, but for you card counters its an added burden as well.
