I’m from ARVORE, the developer of Pixel Ripped! I’m sorry you are having this issue. Could you contact us through our Discord (https://discord.gg/5dJU6xY) or through Email (contact@arvore.io) so I can get you in touch with the Dev Team so they can help figure out who you’re having this issue and help you fix it?
Thanks!
Ricardo
Really looking forward to play it now, I had a blast with 1989. Joined the Discord anyway, maybe I manage to replicate the problem.
im useing virtual desktop buy the way
I see that the author of the topic mentioned the same problem. But, somehow, it started to work on another attempt. I'll try again tomorrow to see if I have the same luck.
I did some tests.
In this case, getting straight to the point. The game worked normally by connecting the Quest with the Quest's own Air Link application.
In other words, the problem is compatibility, from what I tested, with this game and the Virtual Desktop Streamer application.
I was able to play wirelessly via Air Link normally, but it would be nice if the developers fixed this, the Virtual Desktop Streamer application is used by a lot of people, I believe.
Pressing R on keyboard does get me past the calibration screen, but after that, controllers still won't work.
Sadly I refunded the game. Will buy it again if there ever will be a fix for this.
Edit the Oculus Touch Legacy bindings with the game launched
Change Compatibility Mode (in the top right) to Vive Controller
Select Left Joystick > Use as Joystick > Touch = Left Trackpad
Add Button Y > As Button > Click > Recenter
Remove Recenter from the A button
Save the profile and see if it fixes it (click Y as your new recenter to get past the screen)
