Cant enter the construction site

The racoon dissapeared but fence is closed. What i need to do?!?

I came here to discuss this too. I got out of the site by hopping the fence. I think they intended for you to move the container near the crouching spot on the construction site to get out. I’ve tried every angle to get back there and I have no clue how

You were supposed to move a container?! I didn't see a container anywhere...

try to eat fish first to unlock climbing higher, I got 3 fish by exploring other places. then climb across to the top building from the blocked crouching spot using a vine, and jump from there.

use the ivy opposite the construction site and back eject into it then move the container infront of the little tunnel so you can get back in and out freely after

I got on the other side jumping in the water about 25 times :D endly came on the other side

You can get back in by climbing the vines on the building in the zen garden area after eating a couple of fish, then jumping off the building to land on the mini-bamboo grove. From there you continuously jump around that grove to walk through it's nebulous hit boxes and then you can jump onto the far corner of the wall that separates the zen garden area from the alley beside the construction site.

I had this issue as well so I started doing other objectives in the game and then I noticed the crouch spot was randomly unblocked.. no idea lol but I was glad
