Epic+ Jewelry/Trinket ?

As far as I've been, only the three craftable categories can be Epic+ (and so on).
Is it possible to have better (non raid) items in those slots ?

Raids drop the Party and Raid slots, and you can open chests, and use ghost goggles (for the ghost chest) to get jewelry/trinkets

You can use ghost goggles in the first zone to get level 8~ish epics for those slots, but its a waste of time. Just keep progressing until you get higher tier raid gear imo.

I'll rephrase : I was wondering if it was possible to get Epic Trinkets/Jewelry [In the Active tab] with more than 372 gearscore, because the other 3 can get better than 744 or 496 thanks to crafting.
