Endings

Hello, Steam Community.
I have a question about the endings of this game. Here's what I understood:
-Bad Ending: (/spoiler) Reach the gate. The Ayuwoki will drag you back to the mansion.
-Good Ending: (/spoiler) Reach the gate. Your protagonist will jump over it and escape.
-Void Ending: (/spoiler) Beat the first two chapters without the flashlight. Then, on the ritual circle, there will be a portal and an entrance to some sort of void. Inisde, follow the "Shepard of the void"; he will lead you to a gigantic entity and the game will end.
-Old Mansion Ending: (/spoiler) In the basement, unlock the vents and get through: you'll enter another secret chapter with a familiar place. You need to grab a key and escape. After that, you'll realise that all this was a nightmare... or not.
I got the Old Mansion Ending on my first try. Second try, Void Ending and third try, Good Ending. So, I have no idea how do good and bad endings work: someone told me that I had to beat the game without dying but that was false : I died 3 times in a row and got Good Ending. Does anyone can help me please ? I'm having trouble getting the Bad Ending.

I know this thread is super old, but I'm pretty sure it is a difficulty thing. If you play on easy you should get the bad ending, If you play on nightmare, you should get the good ending

I've beeen tryna find out why i got the good ending 3 times in a row and the bad ending a few and ive been really confused but i guess this makes sense i beat the game on fearless mode twice for the good and then i got the ending again for the rat achievment and i havent gotten the bad ending.
