how to get all endings?

i only got the unknown chapter ending, how to get all the other ones?

It might be hard to see them, but go up the stairs. Then you will be in the chapter 2 place. Go to the door and it will be unlocked and it will give you the bad or good ending depending on how many times you died. Also, I thing the Void ending is just random.

For the void ending you need to go to chapter 3 without having the flashlight.

chapter 3 as in the sewer or after you go into the door once youve been all the way round?
