Multiplayer not working?
There is a button on the game's hud with the label "Join" next to it, but I haven't been able to figure out how to press it. I watched tutorials on Steam Remote Play but it still hasn't allowed me to play with my friends. Any instructions you can offer to enable multiplayer would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Hiy L'il,
To be able to press the 'Join' button the second player must press it on their controller. Please also note that multiplayer requires each person to have their own controller.

Hope that helps! :)

Hi @Outright Games, i have my controller and my keyboard connected but if i press the options button to join it just switches to the controller and vice versa. How can i fix this? Thank you for your help!
Hi L'il,
To activate multiplayer 2 controllers are required, have you tried it with 2?

Unfortunatelly he's right! I tried to play together with my son and there's no way to activate a second player. Please fix that or I'll refund the game. Thanks in advance!

Hello
I have bought Gigantosaurus The Game and i don't know how to play in two players.
First: How to make a split-screen on PC ?
Second: when i make connect through "Remote Play
Together" i also don't know how to play two players (persons). In this case i have one PC with keyboard and one laptop computer with self keyboard.
Can you help me ?

Cant get it to work with 360 controller and a steam controller emulating xbox controller or using keyboard.

Better controller support required.
This post is a bit older, but I couldn't find anything up to date. Can someone tell me if the local Coop is working properly now or is this still a problem? :I_dont_know:

On which platform are you trying to get it to work ?

Co-op is not working for me either on an Xbox One with 2 controllers. I see the 'join' button but it does nothing. both controllers are controlling the one character.

Co-op is not working. We use xbox one x with 2contollers. They behave like one not separate.

We have seen this issue usually comes from having the same profile selected for all the controllers.

To fix this, on the second controller press the Xbox Button and scroll to the left and select switch profile. At this point you can select another profile or select Guest. continue to do this with the other controllers that you wish to use to play Gigantosarous multiplayer.

At the moment I don't play it at all because I haven't bought it yet, first i want to make sure that the Co-op works (as some here said it doesn't work). I want to play here on Steam, with an Xbox1 Controller and an Nintendo Switch Horipad Mini in Co-op, via Bigpicture it works fine with other games.
Since I want to play it together with my son, the Coop mode is decisive for me, but since there doesn't seem to be a technical problem, I'll just buy it and try it out. :ToxicSkell::gearthumbsup:

And what about the Steam Controller?

And does it work to play together with your son in coop?

@🌴 SgtFopper™ 🌅

Hey, yes it works for me.
The only small problem in my case is that I have to start the game with the Nintendo Horipad mini (Player1), this is the only way i can join with the Xbox1 controller as Player2.
It didn't work the other way around, maybe i just have to change something on the configuration for the Nintendo Gamepad.
Except for this small problem, everything works fine. :ToxicSkell:
