Real time Telemetry

Can I use tacview advanced with DCS realtime on my Local computer for single player missions. I want to use it as a realtime moving map.
When i try to connect it says connected but there is a box with a spinning bar that say waiting on localhost

Certainly you should be able to connect to a DCS World single-player flight in real-time on your local computer.

Even after you have fully launched the flight in DCS World, the box keeps spinning?
