Crossplay On Consoles?
Can this be played with friends on the Nintendo Switch from PC and other consoles I see they make claims that it is possible but have seen mix reviews about it. And If so why are people complaining about lack of players if its Crossplay that should not be a problem....

If anyone is thinking of buying this game I highly recommend you do not the ai is the worst I have ever encountered in a poker game. They force you to play with bots that go all in with nothing in there hands. I guess they are lucky that Nintendo does not offer refunds on games very disappointing as this game could have been good but its been out over a year now and still have ai acting like this there really is no excuse for this.

You do not have to play with bots.
Only if you are doing the campaign mode you come across almost exclusively bots though Most players have already progressed past the campaign so those games are pretty much abandoned.
If you move on to the cash games you can play on tables with mostly human players.
If I wait for 5 or 10 minutes and drop out of tables with bot players I can find a game with exclusively human players quite often.

Also agree that the AI of bots is terrible. One sequence I see so often;

Under the gun raises to 4x the big blind. (in 1 5/10 they raise to 40 lets say)
The next player raises 12 x the big blind (120)
When the betting turns around the UTG player calls or goes all in

This sequence happens over and over and over and over again.
It really is not good. But is VERY exploitable.
I got the game for under £15. It seems worth that and they are still developing it.
It's not brilliant, but I'm Ok with it.
There is far less player All in bullying in this game than most others.
Players with huge stacks and bankrolls "slumming" it in the low blind games, pushing all in every 2nd or third hand and ruining the game for everyone. Turning it from a game where skill and patience counts - into a complete c$%p shoot.
Most other online games that don't use real money have this constantly. This game has it for sure - but a lot less.

if you take a backseat and study the ai while they play you will learn that they are quite easy to anticipate. some of them have high aggression factor and are likely to bluff and some are timid and scare easily but when they bet big they likely have a very strong hand. after you learn how to anticipate them you will learn that is is quite simple to bluff them when you are the dealer or in small blind. just wait a couple seconds before making your move. their behavior changes quite a bit when you sandbag them, or if they learn that you are likely to slow play very strong hands.

Also the bots seem to improve once you get into higher stakes games. Though I've noticed their name often gives away their quirks "Stealer_Steve[MADD]" (or something similar) does indeed try and steal the blinds or steal straight after the flop regularly. Very exploitable if you wait till you have a good hand. However on higher levels his stealing is much more nuanced. He'll slightly overbet, then often fold if you re-raise. He's more likely to fold to a re-raise if you've been tight in the previous 20 or 30 hands (which makes me think they keep tabs on your play style a little)
I might be imagining this, but the AI seems a lot better now than it was say 3 months ago.
