Stop computer from skipping through historical flavor text on its turn

Hi, I'd like to be able to use Auto AI Actions, but not skip over the interesting historical flavor text. I'd prefer not to disable Auto AI Actions altogether and have to manually click through every AI turn, but I also want to be able to actually read the historical info.

Any way to do this?

You just has to configure the delay in seconds you want.
The best way is doing this and with the screens that you want to skip fast just hit the intro key, this works for most of the windows of the game.
