Small Update.
Fixed some Issues in Mexico scenario:
- Royalist Hospital card
- Patriot Hospital card
- Desertions Royalist card
- Maintenance cost of Royalist 'Mexico' Militia unit now is 0.
- Wrong text in Battle_Retreat_Defender

The improvements and additions below are not compatible with the previous version of Libertad o Muerte! so can’t run saves made in the original version or allow continuation of ongoing PBEM in the older version. Make sure you don’t do the update if you wish to play on with an older game.


*** IMPROVEMENTS AND BALANCE***

• Added several ships available in Royalist's Force Pool in Bolivar, Great Campaing and Early Years scenarios. These ships will become available after playing some turns.

• Added several ships available in Patriot's Force Pool in Bolivar, Great Campaing and Early Years scenarios. These ships will become available after playing some turns.

• Added Independiente and Carlota ships to the effects of the Card Venezuelan Navy. Bolivar, Great Campaign and Early Years scenarios.

• Added Pichincha, Congreso and Chimborazo ships to the effects of the Card Colombian Navy. Bolivar, Great Campaign and Early Years scenarios.

• Angostura Congress nos only gives 2 Victory Points. Bolivar and Great Campaign scenarios.

• Patriot Player receives the leader Santander now in turn 16th. Bolivar and Great Campaign scenarios.

• Boves Royalist Leader movement factor now is three.

• Added one new unit of Royalist Cavalry in New Granada. Changed also the place to build other cavalry units for the royalist. Bolivar, Great Campaing and Early Years scenarios.

*** FIXES ***

• Maracaibo port now allows ships to leave and enter inside. Bolivar, Great Campaing and Early Years scenarios.

• Napoleon in Andalusia card now gives Victory Points to the Royalsit player. Great Campaing and Early Years scenarios.

• Indagadora Card bug fixed.

• Some strings issues fixed. All the scenarios.
