I refuse to play anything with sexual situations with anyone under 18, but these kind of games can have feminine looking guys that are 18 or older, so I really want to know.

No confirmed ages but all of the main boys live pretty adult lifes with jobs, etc. They are for sure portrayed as nothing but over 18. Rin is portrayed as short and feminine but not a child at all so there's no need for worry on that.

This game is awesome, it is also bloody violent and skews the moral compass. It takes you into situations that will make most people feel really uncomfortable and may even make you cry. It is not for the fainthearted and is totally about power and lust; all sexual play is gay, just so you know. ;)

Asolutely fine with gay, BDSM etc etc it is just fantasy and I like it, while keeping in mind that any relationship like found in most yaoi especially older ones irl would not be healthy ones, lol. Just minors is a line I will not cross. Thank you both for your answers.

I really doubt you want to play the game. But if you do, all you have to do is not buy the adult patch. You don't have to play with the adult content. There's no sexual situation in the game in the state it's being sold here.
Plus, if it says all characters are over 18 in the store page and in the game story, it's because they are. No matter how they look. Stop making a fuss over nothing. And I do believe that's your intention, otherwise why would you create 2 threads about this subject?

I asked, people said all the characters were over 18, I found evidence to the contrary and created a thread so people could acess the info quickly. Then I was told that the games states that all characters are over 18, so I edited my post. Then people got very angry and defensive , mocking me and my wish to get and share basic information. Then I responded to their rants.That's all. Was a simple wish to inform people, so they wouldn't spend money on a game that they didn't want to play. Maybe don't create conspiracy theories about what I am thinking when I already told people.

It's because for every one (1) of you, there are 10 (ten) idiots who consider this sacrilige if any fictional (not real) character is depicted as not adult.

Keyword fictional. As in not even remotely based on real life events.

Well, I am not used to posting on steam, so I get that I may have been inelegant to make two threads. I thought that I would add to the warnings, because there seem to be no reference to child abuse or underage sexual things, which now makes sense, considering that they say that all characters are over 18, which I hop is not something they would lie about, but then I do not know what the law is considering depictions of minors in different regions

I would like to point out, however late I am, that there is reference to underage abuse and likely assault. One of the gross bad guys describes himself falling in love with a 'prepubescent' boy, before he took him in to abuse him. It's unclear if the character is still underage at this point in the game.
It's from an obvious bad guy who everyone in the game is grossed out by though, which to me indicates the vibe of the game is that 'no this isn't something we condone'.
So if it's a trauma trigger, I might suggest caution, but if it's a preference for avoiding stuff that condones it, this game doesn't seem to condone it.

There's graphic description of sexual assault within the first hour of the game. This version crops the CGs of any sexual encounters and the scenes are drastically edited and shortened. The only thing that designates this version as "R" as opposed to "AO" is that you can't see anything explicit, everything is in text.

So, yes, there absolutely are sexual situations. just not visual representations of such.
