Been there.

It was probably the Stone Blade in the Research Facility, especially if you've been tracking your progress using the in-game treasure counter, which treats the Research Facility as being a separate area from the Magitek Factory, and it has exactly the one, extremely well-hidden treasure, and is a no-return area so it disappears from the list once you leave.

It wasn't this one because I did have it. I don't know what zone I could've missed it in. I guess next time I'll have to play with a guide.
