How likely is the entire bundle to go on sale?

Steam bundles themselves don't go on sale. As I understand it, bundles have a flat % off the included items, which I *think* is still applied when the games are discounted. For the Pixel Remasters, that's 22%. So if the individual games are ever on sale for 30% off, they'd still be cheaper in the bundle than individually because the bundle would still take 22% off the total price.

And FWIW, Square-Enix tends to start discounting their games about 3 months after release, give or take. So you should be able to get 'em for cheap by summer.

Naw, they can go on sale, I've seen it many times.

Hasn't happened with the PRs however.
