FINAL FANTASY VI

FINAL FANTASY VI

Statistiken ansehen:
IN FINAL FANTASY VI PIXEL REMASTER... TIME STOP DEFINITELY AT... 99:59!
the timer doesn't go beyond 99 hours of play... it's stopped at 99:59... is that the case with you too?

as for the gils that stops at 9,999,999, time also stops definitively at 99:59 and goes no further!

for the gils it is something that can be postponed, because in any case by spending them, you have the possibility of going back and accumulating them again.

but the time becomes fixed and gives a sensation of an unfinished game, as if the game limit had been exceeded, within which it was necessary to "platinum" it!

but why?

it's a horrible thing...seeing all the saves stopped at 99:59 from a certain point onwards...can't this be fixed?

It's not actually a problem so there's nothing to fix. Sorry that it makes you uncomfortable.

It was this way on the SNES version too.
Cool that you enjoyed playing it so much and so long, though. :seewhatyoudid:

Well, but it would also be nice to correct something that wasn't so right and current previously.

To do things right in a game like this, you have to play a lot (full Veldt, all espers and full spells for ALL CHARACTERS, Dinosaur Forest exp, Colosseum, Celestriad, Tomberry, Setzer's Slot, etc...) and see that 99:59 there, when I still have to play at least 10 hours to complete everything, it saddens me so much.

In summary: I feel like I failed.

It also doesn't make sense... if I play more than 99 hours... why do I have to read 99?

I had 76:35. All magic, rages, and every character who has abilities. At most the only thing to do was level to 99. Most characters in level 80's. Lol. Did it back in the snes days too. Older you get the less time you want to grind.

"Time" in this game is a subjective variable, because it's not like other games where skill is objective... in relation to "time".

here we are ALSO dealing with "hazard/chance/random".

now I write you two trivial examples, on which SUBSTANTIAL differences can be determined... on the time of each player: Celestriad - Setzer's Slot.

It can take a player 3 hours... to have 3 Celestriads and all Slots + achievements.

Another player may take 15 hours... to get "only" 1 Celestriad... but the 777 is still MISSING and... no achievement.

In this game, comparing one's "positive" experiences over... "time"... is something that makes no sense, because much depends on "hazard/chance/random".

Best wishes :)
