They never promised a full OST.
People have extracted the music and turned it into soundtracks but an official release would be nice.
You'd need to extract it and convert it to .wav before you can use it though. In the modding discord there is a guide for that.

Yeah It would be nicer to just be given the files, but I don't mind having to extract them myself, I'm sure ill be able to figure it out now that I know where to look.
It's not that bad. You just open Asset studio, load that file and choose extract all. After that remove the ".bytes" extension from the extracted files, then select them and drag them to Audiomog executable and it'll do the rest. The audio files now are in different folders, so you can search *.wav, that way you can select all the files and move them to a single folder.
To remove the .bytes extension on bulk you just have to open powershell and write
and then
cmd and PowerShell.
