Using Sirens Alternatively

Apart from their use for more easily acquiring tails or summons, are there other good places to use the Siren item, such as a location where the enemy that appears actually has something worth stealing or dropping, for example? "Worthwhile" can be up to your interpretations, but I'm mostly thinking along the lines of silver apples and rare weapons.

Liliths, Silver Apples, Mt Ordeals. If you don't mind cheating to make that grinding less tedious, WeMod has a 100% item drop. It means they will always drop an item, but not always a silver apple, so you still have to grind. Feels less cheat-y than just instant silver apples all the time.

dont the apples also drop from some mob around kaipo or whatever? d. sahagin? i think they stack in x6 sometimes on the world map random encounters.

They can be a pain, but the toad witches in the Sylph cave have a chance to drop ribbons when killed. That said, it's aggravating to do that fight over and over

If you're going to farm Ribbons, the much better way would be using Sirens on B4 of the Lunar Subterrane. This summons a group of a 3 Dark Sages, which have Ribbons as their 4th drop. Much less annoying than dealing with the frogs, plus triple the chances per battle. Also, you will end up getting plenty of Soma Drops during those fights, which are a really nice bonus.

You can also do apple farming right by there by using Sirens to call the 2x Gold Dragon fight.

Honestly the best apple farming i've ever had was using Sirens on world map to fight Greenb Dragons, just outside of the "Sealed Cave" entrance inside the hollow earth where the lava / dwarves are.

you can cap at 99 pretty fast, like a ~day or so of farming
