How to enable CRT filter?

I have read that there is a CRT filter option in this game, but I cannot find it in Settings.
Are there instructions somewhere for how to enable it?

On the in-game options menu, scroll down and choose Display > Classic.

I don't see the option. I think it's not available on the Steam version of the game, just mobile. But, I wanted to make sure.

It absolutely is in the Steam version, but perhaps a bit hidden. It's not on the main screen 'options' menu. You have to actually start or continue a game, then pull up your menu, go to configuration, and that's where it will be.
