Everything online says it spawns in Saronia Catacombs.. I'm going to get level 99 in there without ever seeing one at this rate, is it a 1 in a billion spawn chance? All I get everywhere are pretty much trolls out the ass.

Many years after original post by OP, but I found Balor on B5 of Saronia Catacombs near the stairs that go to B4. Hope this helps anyone else having same issue finding him.

this was a huge help. spent like 20 mins on b4, found this, got it within 5 mins
