Kazus 4/5 hidden items

There's 3 items on the hidden path and 1 in the smithy. Damned where the fifth item is.

Is it whatever is hidden inside the mine itself? I remember that secret area not being accessible until a certain point in the game.

Q to open the map, then TAB to swap to a list of all the places you've entered which has a count of chests and items in each place.
