What are the chances of a Wizard dropping an Osmose Tome?

The only end-game location to find wizards are the Colosseum and they are really rare. What's worse, I've grinded forever and found like 20 but not a single one has dropped an Osmose tome. Do the game files or anything tell us the drop rate? Has anyone else found one from a wizard?
