DEFENSE
Coeurls have a Death-status effect linked to their attack that bypasses passive resistances offered by armour, so your best bet is to max out your evade chance with shields (not on your caster) + Blink + Blind in the hopes they miss. For their Blaster spell, throwing up Shell improve your odds of resisting. Barrier won't help given Blaster's special properties.
Lamia Queen's status effects are all spells - if you have a black mage with high rank Osmose (should have gotten this from the Ultima Tome tower place) to drain out her 340MP, then you can say bye bye to those nasty status effects.
OFFENSE
Both mons don't have resistances to status effects, so if you have a high level caster with Toad or Teleport, that can help remove more units in one round - all of them if you're lucky. Otherwise single target with your strongest spells/physical attacks is the way to go. Good luck!
Unless you are ambushed it's pretty much to kill them before they get a turn and, as long as there a less Coeurl remaining than you, each turn you revive everyone and hope they cast blaster and you are equipped with some of the equipment that block it completely. Don't bother healing since they will kill you in one hit anyway. It's a bit late in the middle of this dungeon but it's good to have everyone with Life to be able to revive everyone with only one character instead of one at a time with Phoenix Down.
If your evasion is not high enough, equip two weapons on everyone, might kill one more in a turn.
