The whole OST or just the sampler?
Maybe I'm missing something, maybe this makes sense in some other context. Like, could you download these to your computer and then upload them to your phone? Get like a custom playlist for when I hit the gym? (okay, that's a lie - I never go to the gym. But you know what I mean here)
Otherwise, if it's JUST something I can ONLY access from my PC while ONLINE on Steam (ie, streaming it from them) then I literally do not understand the use case for this. When I could pay LESS for the entire GAME and just... you know... listen to it in the game? While I play it?
personally, i think buying OSTs would be actually meaningful if we could just listen them online in mobile app like some spotify
