The whole OST or just the sampler?
From what I can see on the store pages, these are literally just the "PR versions" which means, I could literally just fire up the game and play them on the in-game media player, or actually go TO the place in-game and hear them.

Maybe I'm missing something, maybe this makes sense in some other context. Like, could you download these to your computer and then upload them to your phone? Get like a custom playlist for when I hit the gym? (okay, that's a lie - I never go to the gym. But you know what I mean here)

Otherwise, if it's JUST something I can ONLY access from my PC while ONLINE on Steam (ie, streaming it from them) then I literally do not understand the use case for this. When I could pay LESS for the entire GAME and just... you know... listen to it in the game? While I play it?

you can download them on PC

personally, i think buying OSTs would be actually meaningful if we could just listen them online in mobile app like some spotify

Yeah I was kinda thinking the same. The only OST I've ever bought on Steam was for one of my favorite games, Sea of Stars, and that's partially just to support the developers. (and I couldn't find the entire OST anywhere else, it came with extra songs, etc.)

DROP THE BASE PRICES FOR THE FFPR TO $10! There's NO justifiable reason why they're over $10, or why they're cheaper on erry other platform

should've been part of the "wallpaper and OST" bonus DLC.
This is a scam.

This is a scam.

How is "selling you exactly what they are offering" a scam?
