Not that i specifically care
So you posted copyrighted content with no even plausible justification for fair use.
Why the heck don't they sell the OST anyway? I'd buy them. They are amazing. I'm aware they have been pulled from the game data. I'm surprised they don't have official releases though.
I'm not sure what the hell that means. But. Yeah.
Youtube has turned into a censorship joke or nightmare however you want to look at it sadly.
It's Youtube's platform (a private company), and as such, they would be the arbiters with standing on Fair Use. You'd have to actually take it to a judge, or appeal to Youtube to do so for you (unlikely, ha). https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/9783148?hl=en
The game is also Japanese in origin, which doesn't have a Fair Use doctrine for their copyright. Japan is especially harsh when it comes to music and sound recordings by artists by almost always universally siding with the artist. It's why "BLOCKED RECORDING" comes up frequently on PS4 and PS5 when playing a game and it goes to a cut scene with music or lyrics.
