Is the hidden puzzle game still here?

I remember on NES version there was a code of something you could enter while on the ship to play a hidden puzzle game. This is a pretty silly title as I know for a fact it's in the game as there's an achievement for playing it.
My question is: how to do you play in this version?

Edit: I actually read your post instead of the strange title for knowing it's in there. Is accessing it not the same as previous versions?

The puzzle game is in the game. I use DualShock 4, there hold X and press O like 50 times. All of this whle being on the ship.

Yeah you just have to do what you'd do before, hold A or (If dualshock) X and press B (or O) a lot.

So if I"m using a keyboard it would be enter and backspace?

It's been so long I don't even remember how to do it in the original. I just remember you have to be on the ship.
