Report a translation problem
1. Complete the first row, then the first column.
2. Complete the second row, then the second column.
3. Complete the third row, then the third column.
Continue until solved.

The benefit of this method is that you don't need to know what you're doing.
Once both the first row and column is place, you don't have to touch those pieces again, basically making the remaining puzzle easier since you’re turning it into a 3x3 sliding puzzle.
Some of the achievements are really weird in this. You will probably get it after a random encounter or something.
