I think this game should only run with Windows 10 64-Bit

Resident Evil 2 Remake had problems with Windows 7 (i got the same error = CreatePixelShader ) And after changing My Windows to 10 problems were solved

Use Windows 10 64-Bit

I'm still on Windows 7 64-bit. Platform Update fixes this error for 2 Remake and this demo(well did for me at least).

También tengo ese mismo problema, a pesar de que ya instale el Directx 11, podrían ayudarme, tengo windows 7
