its the game trying to force you to go through the diner, I think its scripted.

I'd tweet this to Capcom. They will want to see it and look for a fix. This is what the demo is for! I didn't have this bug myself but that's something they will want to address. Let them know. And there is another way into the Safe Room area, go back around to where the Donut Shop is and theres a way up around that way.

This is not a bug, you don't go that way to enter the room, you enter from the other side.

i think it was made this way to force you to go through the restaurant (to show you someone you might know) after you picked the fire hose.

This, if you picked up the fire hose I think that door will be blocked off to force you back through the diner.

isso acontece depois que vc pega a mangueira anti incêndio, como alguém disse antes de mim, acredito que seja o jogo forçando vc a pegar o caminho do restaurante pra que o Nemesis apareça.
