Attach Twitch chat to controllers?
Hi, I'm looking around for a program that will attach the Twitch chat (or other stream chat if possible) to controllers in the sort of way OpenVRTwitchChat does it but without the need to enter an OAth code. It can attach the Twitch chat to the back of the controller and display the chat when you spin the controller around. Can XSOverlay do something like this? I had a look around on YouTube trying to see someone playing a game with the overlay attached to a controller but only saw people showing how to move the windows around and stuff. Cheers.

Yep, you can attach windows to either hand or your head, and I do plan to let you attach windows to various other trackers in the future, if that's the kind of thing you want to do.

Hell, maybe the lighthouses too. Why not? Would be kinda weird, but, you know, whatever!

Anyways, yes, yes you can.

How does one use this to attach twitch chat? I open xsoverlay inside steamvr home, but nothing seems to happen for me.

Depending on your controller, the binding will be different.

If you look down on your left wrist by default, you will see a watch.

On Index, Double tapping the Left A button by default will open Layout mode, which will allow you to create screens and do what you'd like with them.

On Vive, its double tapping left grip.

On Oculus, it's double tapping X, which is the same location as the Left A button on Index.

You can also just click the "Layout Mode" button on the wrist to toggle it on and off.
