How to unlock Lone Tower homunculus

I've been exploring the Dregg Heap Uranopolis, and cannot for the life of me, find the Lone Tower anywhere.

Starting from Uranopolis wiggly, how do you make your way to the Lone Tower wiggly?


I thought you rode on the SotC boss, and it would take you there, but the riding (and mounting part) has been a pretty buggy experience so far.

Falkor goes very close to one of the towers. I just hopped on his back and had to slightly adjust my position for his movement, but otherwise was fine without properly mounting/climbing.

Eventually he'll park against the lone tower.

go to the large bridge connecting the towers near your initial homonculi to the rest of the "normal" level
once the skydragon is beneath said bridge, just let yourself fall on his back
you will not take fall damage
