Weapons cristals/gems for a great weapon/sword : weight, attack power or critical damage/chance?
I'm considering what to slot in the titan greatslayer sword.
By default it has weight, and it seems nice to stagger all enemies, but unsure if it has an impact in bossfights?

That really depends on what your stats are, perks, what you're intending to do with the weapon. High critical burst damage? Crowd Control? High consistent damage, but low burst? I assume you're running all heavy gear.

Right, my bad.
I'm running heavy gear, and I'm using the perks that boost the heavy attack damage and critical chance, so my heavy attacks have about 34% criticlal chances.

All the cristals I mentionned may be interesting but I'm unsure about the effects of weapon weight...
I'm affraid if I replace it I may not stagger the enemies.
But at the same time if bosses cannot be staggered and weight as no other impact than staggerring, it may be useless against them.

Given you can dissolve your +1 gems for components (Backpack > Gems) you could always start removing the 10% weight gems, fight some Red Knights or other tanky boys and see how it feels. Add it back if they're not staggering. On my Mk. V Kamas with 20% weight, I can stunlock Red Knights and other tough enemies.

I've also seen folks who stack the freeze status gems as a form of CC. At this point you probably have the Archmage and final boss to go and staggering isn't as important as getting off your heavy attack. I'm not sure you can stunlock them, but you want to burst them down with high crit, high strength, and high critical damage (not chance) with a weapon (any of the Evolved series) that comes with the critical strike perk (+50% critical damage). That's how people are getting into the 10-12K range. Plus, potions, of course.

Pro tip: If you add a shield to your other hand + whatever 1-hand weapon (doesn't matter) you can slot in 3x +2 gems. The increase in stats still applies even if you're not manning that weapon set. That's how I was able to get my critical to 40% with 52 STR.

Thanks for your answer, and good to know for the shield/stats, I may use that in fight where the bow is useless

I still love my Primary + Arcane Bow , but it is definitely helpful in some areas or bosses. Plus, you can get +6 to whatever stat you need if you're willing to sacrifice using a second weapon until the devs strengthen the 1H weapons.
