Kamas sickle weapon location ?

Anyone knows? Seems like everyone and their mothers dig this weapon, but nobody bothers to mention where they are found...^^

As far as I remember, I managed to get them from a ninja-like opponent. He had this weapon in his hands, but I don’t remember the exact location, sorry :(
Perhaps this is the place where it always rains...

It was from a "ninja" in the city of the dead level 13 I think it was called, basically a big cemetery and these guys where behind the cemetery.

Pretty sure I found them in the Upper Sewers (where it's raining). There's a large apartment-complex like building, you go in through the top, square shaped, you run in circles around going down staircases each floor and after you exit from the bottom there's a ladder you kick down. I think it dropped from the kama wielding enemy there? Idk how to best describe how to get there but Upper Sewers isn't that big.

Ah, I know the place. The greenish lights together with the ghosts gave me the creeps.
And the ladder is the only one I encountered so far that just doesnt stays down...

So the weapon has probably a dropchance from enemys that have it... gotta do some farming to do then :D

I farmed that area for a while because there is a shiny near the top that is under a staircase you can't get to (at least I haven't figured out how), but never saw the Kamas drop. Might just be bad RNG luck though.

Actually, I just got it exactly there. Got dropped from the ninja-knight guy at the bottom of the building after three tries.
I do wonder about that shiny too tho. I tried dashing from the railing, but died horribly xD.
I also still dont know what the lever at the bottom does...^^
