Big guys that spawn after the world change, in the blok teleport take the route to the grand bridge, they were just regular knights there before, now in the middle area there are two titan slayers and one regular knight in the right.

It is located in block 164 in those knights that will be in a wide area, for me it appeared after recalibrating in the deluge, because the knights in that area change after the recalibration.

yes, block 6174 is the central hub where you'll find Cibo. I mean "the handler"
