The game performance is very bad need some tips

I have an average rig, not great but not bad. The game frame rates and graphics just looks really bad. I watched a few pc gaming videos and they all look much better than mine. Now granted, they probably have superior rigs but I at least want some decent performance but right now it's only just playable. I will put my specs beneath perhaps somebody can give me some tips.

and i dont know .. i have a laptop with a i7 and 3060 (6gb vram) .. win 11 - 24 GB Ram - SDD and play everything at max (except shadows - just high) and play stable with 60 fps -
upgrade driver with restart (sometimes after upgrade the fps goes down - restart fixed it)
process lasso (free just waiting info on start to continue) CPU high priority for forsaken.exe and CPU Affinities 0;2;4-11)

When the game first came out i had great fps. Ever since they started 'updating I've had sub 40 fps. Given how long I've been waiting, plus the upgrades kinda hits me low.

maybe reconfigure the video setting - reset default and changes - the fixes has no grafic(video) changes - small optimize of visuals - upgrade NVIDIA driver ..
