Silence works best on targets that use magic, since this condition prevents the afflicted from casting at all, or slows down their casting speed if they are immune to the status. Heat and Frost are incredibly similar, as both deal damage over time.
Frost also slows down the target with the status, giving players more time to dodge attacks or exploit weaknesses in battle. While players are encouraged to explore these statuses by inflicting them on foes, they should also be aware how it affects their character should they be on the receiving end.

Hi just curious, did they change decay? I thought I remembered it said it was 5% per stack. Is the text in game wrong or was it changed in a recent patch to be 10% per stack now? If it is 10% now per stack that is cool, just wasn't sure.
