Underneath the hub where you first enter there's a small passage hidden by a box that takes you down to tunnel where you fight a couple beetles then reach a railway. If you run along the rail for about 5 minutes you end up in backroom town.
Or you mean the very beginning of the game?
The subway train tracks leading to Ghost Town is located in the Blok. You can ran across them but it's not actually intended, you're supposed to use a train from the Ghost Town area and ride it all the way back to the blok, connecting the two areas.
First screenshot with a knight looks like a generic area, could be anywhere
Second screenshot with a pipe to the left, looks similar to some spots in the Blok, but I haven't seen it
Third screenshot with large forest area and plains: doesn't exist. Machinarium has a very short outside area that looks like royal woods from DS1 but that's it.
Fourth screenshot in a city with flying crustaceans: area looks like ghost town, but the beings themselves don't appear in it, and you can't explore the city much beyond a single building, a small subway station and a graveyard.
Fifth screenshot: nowhere as far as I'm concerned
Same with the kickstarter video OP attached. Most if not all of those areas have been cut. The desert does exist but the bright version of it is used for a boss fight and grey version of it looks vastly different.
