Edit: NVM I did get it. Worth it if Agility is your speciality.

somewhere in the lower parts of Blok 6174. I can't specifically point it out as that place is a labyrinth.

I attempted it a few times and made a note to come back later. Any tips on a good weight to make the jumps? I took off all my armor and went flying across the screen. Plus, the camera zooms in when you're on the platform. I envy you guys who have this type of hand-eye coordination and timing.

It took me several and I mean several attempts to pull it off. The first platform is fairly easy to time the jump, the second platform eventually aligns with the fist allowing you to walk onto it -- press X to walk-- and the third one aligns somewhat closely with the second allowing you to hop onto it, again make sure you've pressed X to walk as it makes the jump into more of a hop. Now the fourth platform is extremely tricky imo, I had to wait on the third platform for at least a minute just to muster up the guts and get a feel of the timing before making the great leap which ended in failure more than I'd like to admit. I can't remember if there's a fifth platform, if there is it's most likely the same as the fourth requiring you to make a risky leap. Failing wasn't always a fault of my own since the literal platform is sleek as hell. I don't know how many times my character fell off on his own without moving mind you.

Edit: I wore a full set of light armor when I completed the puzzle. Also, make sure to increase the FOV and camera distance to the max if you haven't already done that.

Thanks for the detailed response, it's really helpful. I guess I'm just going to set up a homunculus and camp out until I get out. BTW, do you know the stats on the cape offhand? I don't know if I'm going for an agility build at this point.

Someone posted a link to an application that can increase the FOV even beyond what the game allows so I might try that so I don't have to fight with the camera the entire time.

The Agile Cape stats are as follows: +5 Agility, +50 Stamina recovery per second. You also get a Greater Anomalous Crystal which grants +3 agility if slotted in armor and +3% critical chance if slotted in a weapon.

This was worth it for me since I'm building an agility character.

How do you put the mirage down? Everytime I go to my inventory to use it I only get the "nothing" option. Not sure if i need to progress further before I can use it.

Have you been shown the tutorial screen for the Mirage? You get it when you walk about 10 seconds north past the checkpoint of Block 6174.

Firstly check if you are locked to 60fps
the first platform you can easily jump to, the 2 and 3 you can dash to (not rolling) whenever they align at the top. The 4th one you can also dash to if they align. The last one you have to jump when your platform is at the apex on the left side and they almost align. You have to wait for the last one some time until they align. The jump to the item you should wait until the platform is at its apex otherwise its gonna hurl you into the side of the building.

Yeah I was shown the tutorial, just can't figure out how to get it work. I go to inventory, then the scroll emblem on the left side near the bottom. The I click on the mirage and it asks me what I want to do with it, but the only option I have is "nothing".

Just hold down the "F" button on your keyboard

To make that ... "engaging" (I have a lot of words for it that I'll refrein to use) jumping puzzle a tad easier I advise to unsheat your weapon (for better control) and use the dash for the first 4 swingin' platforms (quick and easy) and use jump only for the last one (because it's too far for a simple dash).
