Red guys one shot me

I play like 17 hours, and red guys come from nowhere.They have alot hp and always one-shot me.They respawns like standart mobs.They are everywhere i go, new locations or previous.So, now i need fight with them and regular mobs at once.They also have fast run speed, and i cant just run away easyly.There are about 3-5 in every locations, sometimes 2 per saltum.Dev please help, how turn off this?Or simply say me, why its happen?I check other guy who also stream like me and play now at simular pont game, and he dont have this guys.Also alot of bugs after early game, but i m most intresting in red guys problem.So annoing man

The red guys spawn after you have interacted with the "eye" in the water. Real problem is, as everything in this game, they are completely broken and just hit me for 90% of my hp with maxed out full heavy armor

frankly i doubt anyone of the team ever actualy tried playing their own game without dev-tools open.
i honestly thought this was a bug, now i'm just amused. but i guess the design-philosophy was the player running past every encounter anyway.

Which "eye"?.Do you have screenshot or something?I dont remember any important eye, except flying ones and shoot laser.They like regular mobs
