nevermind passives don't working (like life leech only producing green zeros) or how the U.I. is all kinds of busted; like clicking your chest-armor-slot showing you every singel piece of armor instead of just chest-pieces, or clicking active abilities (which also don't quite work?) in the character stats menu prompting you to your inventory?
or how all passive-ability describtions show place-holder-text, etc.
love the genral vibe of the game and once you get used to the controlls it kinda works, i also understand the low pricing, but this game needs some hefty attention. most of the issues i now faced (and some severe glitches/bugs) are pretty obvious and "in your face".
Yeah, I'm having all those same issues. Not being able to use weapon active abilities with the controller sucks so much, combat is kind of repetitive without them. I guess it's best to wait a few days for a patch.
gonna ad some more bugs i found:
i suddenly got an FPS and MS counter on my top right (green coding), seemingly no way to disable (and no, don't use any tools that would cause this)
there's a chance you're able to open your inventory mid combat (while enemies are infront of you aggroed), which will lead to all standart controls beeing unresponsive (dodge, attack, quick item, etc. ) only the menues are still functional
the offhand (2nd weapon set) torch behavior is just broken; i mean it's to be able to equip a 2handed weapon in your primary slot while the character still has the torch out, but i don't think this was intentional.
also A.I. pathing and aggro is wonky and can tank your fps like there's no tomorrow. there are mutliple instances now where i seemingly was incombat (even moving miles away, sneaking, going to a "checkpoint", etc. didn't solve this) with a mob i could even see, and the fps just went *poof*; also kinda annoyin how insane the aggro range of many trash-mob is...but that's managble.
in the bunker area, pretty much at the top when you begin seeing the gas-mask wielding dudes, there are some of these narrow staircases which have some collision issues: despite there apperently only beeing just another staircase, you cannot just walk it, but have to jump the bottom part.
I've found that parrying with right-click is also absolutely broken, as you can basically render certain enemies unable to damage you, while (if you use a shield with the ability) you keep counter-hitting them to death.
Had one particular death that was pretty offputting, where I killed one of the giants, but as it died, my character's position must've just gotten zeroed or something, cause it counted it as out of bounds, instantly killing me and preventing me from getting loot.
Generally though it is a fun, albeit at the moment incredibly punishing, game.
The aggro thing is one that bothered me a lot too, like, i was about to plop down my respawn thingy, but the enemy saw me from miles away and then I couldn't deaggro it, and in my attempt to escape the aggro, i got lodged in a corner and one-tapped by its massive ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hammer. There definitely should be a line-of-sight deaggro thing, since currently the enemies work on a line-of-sight to aggro (regardless of distance it would seem)

Totally fixed all of my controller issues and made the game play much more in line with DS/ER. Takes like 3-5 minutes to set-up, if that. Again, cannot stress enough how good my game has felt/played and I'm at the final boss.
