This comment is really silly. I really don't see how character appearance adds to replayability of this type of games. You might wanna play sims or something if you like to doll up the characters you are playing.
Actually it's your comment that's silly. If what you were saying was the case then fashion-souls wouldn't be a thing. You might want to try not judging people who enjoy games in a different way than you do. Also, if fashion-souls is something that's important to you, than character creation would most definitely add replayability, that's simple logic.
Simply put, character customisation is not the main point of a souls-like game. You can enjoy whatever you want, but when an indie developer tries to give a fresh spin on the souls formula with a limited budged, don't expect to have over 9000 wigs, face editor and over 9000 armour pieces. Simply because that is not what makes a souls game a souls game.
anyway, I am not here to debate with you. If you have wrong expectations about what different genres of games have to offer, it's not my problem
Someone needs to realize that people play games looking for different things. I'm not saying this game is bad just because it doesn't have an important feature that I'm looking for. I'm just saying it's not for me but everyone else is allowed to enjoy it.
