Secret Archive missing "Good Listener" and "Ultimate Charmer"

Hey,
I don't know how to unlock those scenes. How is it possible to unlock every single conversation? And how exactly do you achieve the Ultimate Charmer one?
I already read the guide, so no need to link it here again. There wasn't really any details on those two secrets.
Any help?

I guess the descriptions may be confusing. As for Good Listener - you can't miss any conversation. That includes conversations with male NPCs and all the girls. Love-interest you decided to pursuit doesn't really matter- achievement is rigged more in the "all conversations possible in a chosen path" way than "all conversations in the game". It can be unlocked during single playthrought. As for Ultimate Charmer - you have to max relationship with a single love interest (be it any of the girls or Diego). To do that you have to choose all the right answers (please consult the guide) and offer TWO preferred gifts. MAX relationship from dialogues + MAX relationship from gifts = achievement.

Ah okay! That makes more sense, with the conversations in a chosen path rather than the whole game. And thanks for the hint with two gifts! In my last playthrough I chose all the right answers and gave the preferred gift, but I still didn't get the achievement. But that clears it up, thanks!!
