Resolution options?

When I boot up the game its very small, less than a quarter of my monitor and hard to read, and full screen just puts a black border around that. The size of the game window is a little larger on my laptop, but plugging that into a monitor while running crashes the game instantly. Is there a recommended resolution or another option to make the game window larger? I don't mind if its pixely if I can play it on my monitor

This question needs an answer. I've tried everything I can think of, but clicking the "full screen" option never does anything but make the game unplayable/me have to CTRL + ALT + DEL out. I'm about to return this game if I can't get it fullscreen.

Super simple, go to the game directory and run "winsetup". It has LOADS of options there including mouse sensitivity, vsync, and resolution.

I find the resolution settings for keeping aspect ratio *don't* work though. You need to have the "start in a windowed mode" checked and *then* hit alt+enter to go fullscreen and keep the nice crisp resolution.

I'm having the same resolution problem in windowed mode on Mac. I ended up playing in ScummVM instead, where it seems to work just fine.
