Shadows flashing

I have strange bug on my computer, all shadows are flashing white randomly. It beggin at level aroung getting first SMG.
My computer is Ryzen 3700x, Asus Strix GTX 1080ti, 4x8GB RAM 3600MHz by G.Skill, Asus X570-F Gaming mobo.
All drivers and Windws are updated.

Same, the games crashed at the scene where the man was coming down in the theater.
Once reloaded it started flickering.
Restarted the game 3 times since then, but the issue persists.
Was running fine prior.

Also encountered randomly flashing shadows/lighting. GTX 1080, latest drivers. Has there been a fix?

I had the same issue already when I launched the game for the very first time. It was already flickering/flashing in the game menu.

Turning the shadow quality to [low] fixed it for me!

My hardware:
GPU: Gainward Geforce GTX 1070 TI
CPU: Intel i7-8700K @3,7GHz (6-core)
RAM: Mushkin DIMM 16GB DDR4-2400

Thanks for reporting! DX11 mode helped some people. We heard that this is rather a driver issue than something we can change on our side (at least we have not found an active way to resolve this annoying graphical glitch). Is that still persistent for you?
