ANYWAY, ANY NETCODE IMPROVEMENTS? game was literally unplayable in coop since nightmare release.
Brother because NO ONE still plays this game except the more hardcore people who are left over. If you are new to the game, or just started not long ago, this probably isn't a game for you anyway honestly. You missed the prime. (although this game was always a mess literally since launch)
They keep adding stuff like this because they know the only people still playing, are the more hardcore dedicated folks. Everyone else has quit long ago because I mean...obviously they did. There isn't much to do here at all. And since the multiplayer was cut and now you have to invite people using lobby codes, it's full dead. You basically have to use discord to get a group.
Nothing like using a 3rd party program just to find a group. Very cool. Not to mention, since its not online anymore and no anti-cheat, you can LITERALLY mod in whatever skins you want and whatever weapons/levels you want. At NO RISK. At all.
If you want to play normally, feel free. But you can also just cheat everything in super easy. So you won't miss anything. Don't feel like playing hardcore? Just mod in the rewards once you find out what they are. There will be tons of programs available and you can also just learn how to do it yourself because again, no anti-cheat. So you don't need a bypass. You can literally have ANY program opened same time as the game.
It's how I got all my founders items while not having bought any of those packages lol. Everyone else spent 20-100 bucks meanwhile I got the SAME items for $0.
Thank you so much, devteam, Wayfinder is one of my favorite games! Looking forward to giving Hardcore a try, for sure! You all rock! See you next time around, folks!
But wth is that ? Second update in a row, inviting players to restart the game over. The joke is not fun anymore.
I wanted the best outcome for this game, I really did. But splitting community behind difficulty saves (let's be real and not call it "content") is counter-productive. It wont sell the game more.
When you are an oldtimer, there is a 50% you don't give a flying duck about restarting the game (because your OG save is already a grind you don't want to suffer through twice).
And when you are a newcomer, you aren't expected to launch your first save on harcore or nightmare. Eventually you'll become an oldtimer with above case scenario.
So who are those updates for ?! The hundred diehard fans who won't buy supportive pack anyway, and don't have friends to show the game to ?
Wayfinder needs to attract people differently. Giving it harder difficulties with the exact same content is not the best idea.
Make new bosses, new dungeons, raids, new activities with more players, etc. But stop this madness of "hey here is a new challenge, just restart the game" thingy nobody asked for.
